Refund and Replacement Policy

• Refunds or replacements are only applicable if the product is received damaged or broken. In such cases, customers must notify us immediately through Messenger, phone call, WhatsApp, or Instagram. Please note that we cannot accept any claims if notified more than 24 hours after receiving the product. Timely notification allows us to process a replacement efficiently.

• Refunds or replacements are not applicable if the customer failed to thoroughly read the product descriptions, misunderstood the product's functions, or assumed the product was something else. We bear no responsibility in such case,

• We strongly advise customers to read the product descriptions carefully before placing an order to ensure you have the correct information about the product. If you have any questions or need clarification, please feel free to reach out to us via phone call, email, or any of our social media platforms.

 Additionally, we offer Cash on Delivery, allowing you to inspect the product before making payment. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product to the delivery person at that time.

• We provide a free 2-day replacement/refund warranty for any product issues. After this period, we reserve the right, depending on the case, to decline refunds or charge for the pickup fee.

We use third-party services like Pathao, Steadfast, PaperFly, taking 2 to 4 days for delivery. Keep your phone on during delivery. The delivery person will call you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Delivery protocol: Check the product during delivery. If any issues, inform us in front of the delivery person (Number: 12 PM to 8 PM). Returning or exchanging after the delivery person leaves is difficult.

Return Eligibility Condition:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To return, contact us at info@dhakadash.com or call NUMBER or reach out to us at Whatsapp/Messenger. If accepted, we'll send a return label. Items sent back without request won't be accepted.

Damage issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us if defective, damaged, or wrong item.

Exceptions/non-returnable items: Certain items, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or Special occasional items / special promotions can't be returned unless was received damaged.

We offer cash on delivery all over Bangladesh. Check the package in front of the delivery person. If unhappy, return it. In all cases (except damaged goods), the delivery fee must be paid by the customer.
